Who We Are
After years of experience in commercial real estate finance, we understand the ups and downs of the industry. Believe us when we say we have seen a lot of unique circumstances over the years. This experience has provided us with the opportunity to develop relationships that have made us a commercial real estate matchmaker—we match developers with contractors, architects, lenders, franchisors, operators, management companies, and equity partners. We understand that it takes to complete the deal.
Since its inception, Hallmark Funding Corporation has worked on over 500 commercial loans all throughout the Western United States and over 150 new construction loans. Duties include sifting through the various financial requests to assess the viability of each project in the current lending environment, reviewing financial reports and taxes, financial projections, appraisal reports, loan underwriting, and interacting with both lenders and borrowers. We work with all types of financing including government financing, conventional lenders, private money, and institutional lenders for purchase, refinance, construction, bridge, and hard money loans. Often, we have to restructure construction and development projects to better ensure their success.
